Approximately 25% of math questions require you to enter numerical values directly:
- Fractions vs. Decimals: You may enter answers as fractions (e.g.,
3/7) or decimals (e.g.,.428or.429). - Negative Numbers: Negative signs are permitted on the digital interface.
- Repeating Decimals: Truncated or rounded decimals must fill all available character spaces (e.g.,
2/3must be entered as.6666or.6667, not.66). - No Units: Never type units (like meters or dollars) into the answer box.
